Getting to know you
The most exciting and fun part (in my personal opinion) is when we first get to jump on our Zoom call and talk all about your business. From why you started the business, to how it’s going and where you want to take it, we dive deep into everything related to your business and YOU. There will be plenty of laughs, a few ooohhhhss and aahhhhsss as we work through each of the different elements and I promise you’ll find this as enjoyable as I do.

Brand positioning
This is where the creation process begins. After our call together, I will take away all the energy, dreams, ideas and goals for your business and start the process of creating a strategic positioning of your business in the market. When I am finished, your brand document will be a tailored strategy specific to your energy, dreams and goals that will guide your entire sales and marketing strategy.

Visual identity creation
This is a crucial step! Once we’ve finalised your brand positioning and you have no further changes or tweaks you want to make, we get to the visual identity stage. Like any good strategy, we need to consider how your brand presents to those you would call in and make sure that how we position you in the market also ties into how you are seen visually. Your positioning and your visual identity are two very important elements of how your audience “see’s” you.
My team will take your finished brand positioning and begin the process of either creating (if you don’t have a logo or visual identity already) or refining your logo, colour palettes, fonts and design elements of your brand. When we are done working our magic, you’ll have a full brand palette that you can refer to or use across any of your design tools – like Canva – to create social assets for your business.

Website framework and content
Here is where the strategy created above begins to take shape into action. Your audience insights are used to drive the creation of the user experience on your website. From the landing page to each of your subsidiary pages, it’s all driven by who your audience is and what they are looking to receive from you. I also look at your navigation, page structure, customer journey and customer experience so that your audience has the easiest and simplest journey to begin working with you.
Once this structure is finalised, I use this wireframe tool to begin content creation. Unlike many agencies, I implement content before design because I believe that design is a tool to enhance the messages you want to send to your audience. So your page flow, message and offer structure as well as trust markers and audience connection pieces all flow into a beautiful dance that leads your audience exactly where you want them to go.
At all stages through this process, I check in with my higher self and intuition around what messages, content and sections work best for your personal energy, brand and business. And as each piece is built and created from my flow state, I feel the energetics of it aligning and flowing into the right spaces.

The design process
{Sigh} I honestly love this part. It’s where we take everything we’ve created so far and it culminates in the incredible visual elements that makes your website (and it’s messages!) stand out in such a way, that your audience knows exactly what you do. This process is how we use design to enhance the message and your personal energy rather than simply making something pretty and pleasing to the eye. The design elements capture important messages, highlight key areas and draw the eye to the pieces of information we most want the audience to see. Working together, content and design are such incredibly aligned and powerful tools.

Website build and launch
Argh – chills! The build and launch phase of our projects are so exciting simply because it’s the culmination of all that work into the final product. Once my team has finished pulling all those pages together into a usable format on WordPress, you’ll have yourself a fully-functioning, incredibly magnetic, personalised website that intuitively draws in your dream audience. We’ll hand over a test site for you to navigate, experience and make any final changes or tweaks before we go live. And on the day we send the website live, I channel through light language that clears any energetic elements blocking your site from calling in your audience. A recording that you are more than welcome to ask for to continue using any time you feel your marketing or website needs to be cleared.
